Commercial Painting
Commercial painting is a vital part of Randy's Professional Painting. We provide painting services for Apartment complexes, interior and exterior painting, new and existing commercial construction, Hotels, motels, schools, businesses and most any type of commercial paint application.
Above is a picture of Western Hills Apartments, in Dodge City, KS, that we painted in the summer of 1998.
This is Key Office Supply in Dodge City. This project required some specialized work, as the sides of this structure were previously painted corrugated steel, and the front is masnonry. We brush blasted the sides to create a profile, which is nearly foolproof for ensuring outstanding coating adhesion, then used a bonding primer followed by Sherwin-Williams direct to metal waterborne. The front was painted with a standard acrylic exterior latex.
Here is a picture of Sublette Farm Equipment, Inc., in Sublette, KS. Again, this is a steel building that had existing peeling, fading and flaking coatings on it. We brush blasted the sound areas, and commercial blasted where there was rust to remove loose coatings and once again, to acquire the excellent adhesion provided by a profile. Primer on the rusted areas was a spot priming with SW Kem Kromik Universal Metal primer, and the primer for the Building was SW DTM Bonding primer, and SW DTM acrylic gloss coating. This system allows for outstanding flexibility, superior gloss retention and outstanding fade resistance.
